I can't download my transfer to Collect

There are several reasons why you could be encountering a failed or delayed download. We recommend following these troubleshooting steps since they can solve the issues:

  • A fresh start may solve this for you. Force close the app or restart your device, and try the download once more.
     
  • Make sure the Collect app is updated to the newest version. If you're in a browser, make sure that it is updated to its newest version.
     
  • Make sure your device's Operating System is updated to the newest version
     
  • Check your internet connection. We would advise you to use WiFi instead of mobile data. Restart your modem/router.
     
  • If you're on mobile data, do you have enough data left to download the files?
     
  • Do you have enough storage space left on your device to download the files?

If you're having trouble downloading your transfer into Collect: you can always try downloading the transfer to your device without using the Collect app. To do this, simply copy and paste the transfer link into a mobile browser or open it using our WeTransfer app. Once the files are downloaded, you should be able to import them into Collect as usual.
